Hot saws
For cutting tubes and profiles with workpiece temperature above 850°C.
Dimensions from approx. Ø 1000 mm to approx. Ø 2500 mm.

Recommended cutting parameters:
Cutting speed Vc = 100 – 140 m/sec.
Feed rate: Vf = 80 – 2000 mm/min. Total feed (depending on material)

Tooth shapes
Depending on the application, the circular saw blades are manufactured with different tooth shapes. (Hot or cold machining)

Additional tooth tip hardening is possible.
